About Us

The idea came from when I was in the U.S. Army in The 80’s…

The original idea started back when Diamond Dale himself was in the US. Army in the 80’s the food was awful! When he returned to the states, he went home to Texas and started a cook-off team called the Texas Beer Hounds. At every BBQ competition or cook-off, They would see teams with entire tables filled with 100 different spices, and his spice rack was cluttered just the same. It was such a hassle to find the spice you needed, keep track of the amounts, know when to reorder and combine in the right proportions for that perfect taste. Everyone on the team was in their twenty’s and had a few more things than just cooking on their minds.

Time was of the essence, so they quickly learned how to fit all the spice flavors in one bottle, which didn’t just save time but also money and space.  Shortly after that, they started winning every cookoff they participated in. After a few years of always winning 1st Place, Diamond Dale’s competition would shout “who wants second place? First just drove up!”  We were so successful at winning people started hiring us to cater weddings, birthdays, etc. Each time they would love the flavor so much, they would ask where they could buy the spice so they could go home and use on their own food. Now our spice is used on everything that you could imagine such as beef, poultry, pork, seafood, popcorn, peanuts, greens, salads, beans, pasta, watermelon, cantaloupe, beer, bloody maries, etc. Our product is NON-IRRADIATED.

Everyone is looking for a Healthy product that tastes great. Our spice helps with high blood pressure, low sodium diets, better eating habits etc. Our spice is used on beef, poultry, pork, popcorn, beans, greens, salads, chips, watermelon, etc. We have found most customers that purchase our spice usually buy another for a friend or a relative. No order is too small and no order is too large. Once you try it you’re hooked!
