Diamond Dale started this blend cooking for family and friends in his Texas backyard. Cookoff after cookoff, the same question kept coming back, what's in your rub?

Time was the enemy. So Diamond Dale did what every smart cook does , they distilled. Garlic, onion, cayenne, rosemary, lemon, and a few stubborn Texas secrets, all balanced into one bottle. Our spice has all of the good stuff and none of the bad stuff.
