Country Fried Steak with Diamond Dale's spice

From the Texas Beer Hounds — Diamond Dale’s favorite ways to use the blend.

Buy some tenderized round steak or eye of round. Lay the steak on a platter so you can deliver a healthy coat of Diamond Dale seasoning to each side. Get your favorite large skillet and grease of your choosing and start preheating to 375 degrees. Get a large bowl and place 2 cracked eggs and 2cups of milk, Add a table spoon of DD spice, whisk heavily until smooth. Get a 1 gallon zip lock bag and add four cups of flour and 2 table spoons of DD spice, shake well. Simply dredge the meat through the milk and egg, then drop the meat in the flour bag and shake until the meat is coated well. Shake off excess flour and place in the preheated grease, frying on both sides until crispy, then remove and lay on serving tray and add a nice sprinkle of DD spice to finished product and serve.

Apply light for flavor. Heavy for heat.
