Unwrap whole chicken in the sink, clip the wing ends off with kitchen scissors, clean out the neck and insides, may use the pieces for giblet gravy, then rinse the chicken completely and dab dry. Simply cover the chicken completely with Diamond Dale Seasoning. Take some baking string and tie the chicken together, then place in you rotisserie air fry oven, or in a conventional oven with drip pan for about forty five minutes or until inside temp reaches 175 degrees.
Apply light for flavor. Heavy for heat.
